Since my time at the University of California, San Diego, I have spent most of my time consulting federal clients for various organizations. Usually, this meant building databases, predictive analytics, and machine learning pipelines to support US efforts in protecting our country.

Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Kevin.

I graduated with Honors of Highest Distinction under the Economics department, which is only awarded to ~10 students annually who meet the requirements.

I have several years of cumulative professional and student involvement experience within the realm of Data Science consulting, and have lead teams as large as 30 members.

  • If you meet me, you’ll realize that I am a total nerd. I have always performed very well in my academic pursuits, and spent many years tutoring mathematics as a side hustle. I care deeply about making a positive impact in my work, and value the approval of my peers and supervisors highly.

Generally, I am upbeat and a half-glass full kind of guy. The world of government consulting contains a million different roadblocks, and I take pride in delivering actionable solutions despite the (at times) difficult technical conditions. With me, you know you are hiring someone that gets things done.

  • Indeed, I do speak Japanese. I have taken courses in the language for roughly five years. Recently, my Japanese professor told me that I am fluent in speaking, but I would probably disagree with her. Unfortunately, I have never been there as the abroad programs were cancelled two years in a row due to COVID, but I want to get there as soon as I can.
